1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
  

• To cancel, email us at bookmonk01@gmail.com with your order ID.
  

2. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  

• Transaction fees, if any, charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
  

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Due to international sourcing, books once delivered cannot be returned unless:
  

• The wrong product was delivered.
  

• The product was damaged during shipping.
  

4. Damaged / Wrong Product Policy

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged/incorrect book.
  

Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.
